| REQUIREMENTS EN 14904:A4 | TEST RESULTS | |
|---|---|---|
| SHOCK ABSORPTION | ≥ 55 < 75 % | 57% |
| VERTICAL DEFORMATION | ≥ 2.3 < 5.0 mm | 2.7 mm |
| BALL BOUNCE | ≥ 90 % | 94% |
| FRICTION | ≥ 80 ≤ 110 | 95 |
| WEAR RESISTANCE | ≤ 80 mg | 33 mg |
| ROLLING LOAD RESISTANCE | ≤ 0.50 mm | 0.30 mm |
COPOSPORTS’s maple hardwood flooring system delivers 57% shock absorption, within the Grade-1 target range (50–75%), providing a balanced blend of cushioning and stability for high-impact movement. This helps reduce landing forces during jumps and rapid transitions while maintaining consistent playability for basketball, badminton, and other indoor sports.
Durability results demonstrate strong resistance to wear and deformation. Abrasion performance measures 33 mg (limit ≤ 80 mg), indicating excellent wear resistance. Under rolling-load testing, indentation is just 0.30 mm (limit ≤ 0.50 mm) with no visible damage, supporting reliable performance under repeated foot traffic and equipment movement.
For game performance, the system achieves 94% vertical ball rebound (requirement ≥ 93%) for predictable, competition-grade response. Slip resistance measures 95 (acceptable range 80–110), providing stable traction for controlled acceleration, stopping, and direction changes.
Visually, the surface maintains a refined low-gloss finish at 27% gloss (85°) (recommended ≤ 45%), helping reduce glare under indoor lighting while delivering a clean, modern court appearance.
