Macwood Pro Indoor Flooring System has a similar construction design as the traditional hardwood sports flooring system. It has 2-layered grid sleepers made of rugged glass fiber-reinforced plastic. To provide proper resilience, rubber pads are engineered to affix to the bottom of grid sleepers with plastic leveling adjusters underneath for leveling out the court surface.

In order to make sure that the court surface is evenly leveled, we specifically developed a series of plastic leveling adjusters with incremental thickness starting from 1mm to 15mm to deal with the undulations on the subfloor by placing them underneath the rubber pads, which are affixed to the bottom sleeper.
Coming to the surface, it is treated with FIBA-certified oil or water-based varnish, ensuring an exciting, competitive, safe game with optimal balance between slip resistance and risk of abrasion.
